Motivation LTD

The company was created to provide models of integrated employment for people with disabilities and to generate additional resources for the programs provided by Motivation Romania Foundation to people with disabilities. The social enterprise is owned by the Foundation and is certified as a sheltered workshop, as over 30% of its employees are people with disabilities.

According to Law 448/2006, the costs of all products and services purchased from a sheltered unit can be deducted, within the limit of the state-owed tax, by public or private economic entities with over 50 employees who chose not to hire 4% of their workforce people with disabilities.

Motivation Ltd. started its activity with the production of customised wheelchairs in 2001. In parallel with the switch from wheelchair production to distribution and personalized adaptations, other productive activities have been consecutively added: driving adaptations for people with mobility disabilities, the Centre for Assistive Technologies, the Motivation Greenhouse, a digital printing workshop motivation2print, recruitment and employment service for people with disabilities.
